We work around the Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire, Leamington Spa,  Gloucestershire, Herefordshire,  Lake district, The Cotswolds, Lancashire & Wales depending on the size of your event.

Ideal for a product launch event or staff day. This menu/price serves 1 item per person.

Gourmet BBQ £34.oo

This menu is designed for large parties but if you are having a small amount of visitors choose 3 items and 2 sides. Set up and service charges are applied for small parties.

• Scallops, prawns and chorizo brochettes with tomato risotto pot.

• Rosemary and garlic Tuna and potato brochettes with flat bread, salad and anchovy dressing.
• Rib-eye minute steak with red onion marmalade in Italian bread

• Gourmet burger with brioche, Swiss cheese, roast garlic aioli and skinny red onion rings.

• Hot dog brioche with caramelised onions, ketchup and french’s mustard.

• Garlic portobello mushrooms with grilled spring onions and smoked cheddar in rustic roll.

• Grilled corn on the cob with fennel butter.

• Baked new potatoes with rosemary and garlic.

• Coleslaw

• Dessert jars: Lemon posset | Chocolate mousse | Tiramisu | Berries in Prosseco jelly.

The menu prices listed throughout the website represent the dish served including the crockery and cutlery.

For orders that do not meet the £500 minimum required we add the chef cost additionally.

Additional requirements for an event such as satellite kitchen, furniture, equipment, waiting staff are calculated as additional charges to the services that you choose. There are certain discounts for large event numbers that you may be able to claim. Please ask about discounts when enquiring.
