Our chefs serve a 3 course dinner for weddings, parties and social events at home or hired venue.

• pressed pork belly with asian pear and lemon thyme, fried sage, parsnip puree and roast cauliflower | contains:no allergens

• wild mushroom gnocchi with roast garlic cream and parsley oil | contains:no allergens

 

Dessert

 

• lemon posset with blueberry compote, fresh berries and almond thin | contains:milk, gluten

 

 

•Price is set based on 70 guests for 3 courses and includes crockery and cutlery, chef and 4 waiting staff. We will quote for smaller numbers | if A temporary kitchen installation is required in a marquee for example we will quote for that based on your menu choice. 

 

SALMON CAESAR

A beautiful starter of roast salmon fillet, baby gem lettuce, white anchovies and parmesan tossed in our caesar dressing.

CONFIT EGG YOLK AND ASPARAGUS

Slow cooked egg yolk creates a thick dipping sauce for the asparagus the white is fried crispy and the plate is dressed with balsamic syrup

with parsnip puree, roasted cauliflower, apple salsa and kale

BASIL PESTO CHICKEN KIEV

Crispy chicken breast with a creamy parmesan gnocchi

RASPBERRY RIPPLE PAVLOVA

• salt baked celeriac with cafe de Paris sauce, potato terrine, woodland mushrooms and skinny red onion rings  | contains:milk, gluten
