Our chilli jam is made with scented rose petals and water to give a little bit of perfume to the mix along with birds eye and scotch bonnet chillies. My favourite way of eating it is to dunk toasted hunks of sour dough bread into a baked camembert and then spoon some over the top.

You can also use it to glaze a roast ham or a halved butternut squash.
