TERMS AND CONDITIONS
QUOTES, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Any changes requested after a quote has been issued may be subject to an additional charge at our current administration rate of £35.00 per hour.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Final full payment is required  72 hours before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For bookings made more than six months in advance, a 5% deposit is required. 
For bookings made within six months of the event date, the following deposit structure applies.

Between 3–6 months: 15% deposit

Up to 2 months: 35% deposit

Up to 1 month: 65% deposit

If invoices are issued after the event then payment is required within 7 days.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your booking the following charges apply:

More than 3 months’ notice: No charge

2–3 months = 15% of the booking value

1–2 months = 35% of the booking value

Less than 1 month = 65% of the booking value

Less than 72 hours = 100% of the booking value.

Our promise to you – if we fill your cancelled date with another event/client then we will not issue a cancellation charge. 

 

COSTING

For smaller events, additional charges may apply to cover setup and service costs. These may include staffing, tableware, cleaning, and any cooking or serving equipment required to deliver your event. We will do a costing for you based on the information you give us. 

GOODS AND SERVICES

If specific menu ingredients are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with the closest suitable alternative of equal quality.
For events booked more than 12 months in advance, prices will be reviewed closer to the event date to reflect any increases in food, staffing, or service costs.

MINIMUM SPEND

All of our menus are prepared fresh to order, with ingredients sourced specifically for your event and guests. As a result, we have a minimum order value of approx £220 for buffet and lunchbox catering from Monday to Friday. A minimum order of £600.00 is required for a Saturday. 
For other menu styles, we will be happy to provide a tailored quotation based on your requirements. Menu development costs are applied to final cost of event. 

Whilst we do not usually operate on Sundays, we are pleased to accommodate Sunday events where the minimum food spend is approx £800. (this does not include set up and service charges – such as staffing or equipment hire)

ACCESS AND VENUE INFORMATION

Please let us know in advance of any access restrictions, venue limitations, or other factors that may affect our ability to provide the agreed service.
If this information is not provided and it becomes impossible for us to facilitate your event as agreed, we reserve the right to withdraw our services. In such circumstances, any payments made will be non-refundable.
