Quoting Deposit and Payment 

Once you have recieved our quote based on the information you provided any changes to the quote are charged at current admin rate.

Deposits are non refundable apart form over 3 months and under certain unavoidable circumstances 

Final payment is required 72 hours before your event unless otherwise agreed

Bookings made in advance of over 6 months require a 5% holding fee which is deducted from the final value of your booking. If you are booking within 6 months we require the following:

3 – 6 months 15% deposit
2 months 35% deposit
1 month 65% deposit

Cancellation fees 

Over 3 months 0%
2-3 months 15%
1-2 months 35%
0-1 month 65%

Costing

If your booking is for a small number of guests there will be additional charges to cover the set up and service costs which includes staff, tableware, cleaning and any cooking and serving equipment needed to fulfil your event.

Goods and services

If menu ingredients aren’t available to us we will replace the missing ingredient with the closest item available to us.

When requesting a quote for an event that may be over 12 months away that quote will be revised closer to the time of your event to consider any price increases in food and services. 

You will need to inform us of any access restrictions that may make it impossible for us to provide our service to you.
